Ingredients
Makes 12 balls
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup ground flaxseed or chia seed
½ cup coconut shavings
½ cup unsalted sunflower seed butter (any nut butter works)
⅓ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pro Tips
- Use peanut butter or almond butter as an alternative if you aren’t a sunflower fan.
- Be creative! Add nuts, dried berries, maple syrup, brown sugar, mashed banana... heck, try anchovies! Rally don’t care.

1. Measure, add each ingredient to a large mixing bowl.

2. Stir mixture with cleans hands. Using your hands is easiest when working with oats and honey – you can feel the texture change as the ingredients become evenly mixed.

3. Once completely mixed, start forming 1½ inch balls from the mixture with your hands.

4. Place balls on a baking sheet or cutting board and place in freezer for at least one hour to solidify.

5. Wrap each ball in tinfoil for an on-the-go snack, or sprinkle with shredded coconut and serve them straight out of the freezer!
