What inspired you to ride?
My Little 500 teammates taught me how the basics of cycling. Once I’d fallen in love with riding and racing a bike, it was an easy transition into amateur races around the Midwest.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
Beating Brad Huff in criteriums.
Favorite cheat meal?
My cheat is Glacier Ice Cream’s Salted Caramel Oreo.
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
Step 1: Buy piece of fruit or a package of nuts. Step 2: Remove packaging and or peel. Step 3: Consume said fruit or nuts.
Tip for staying healthy?
Moderation is important for staying healthy. Don’t eat too much, and exercise every day.
