What inspired you to ride?
It was my parents that first got me on a bike when I was really young, but I got into racing through a friend in high school.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
I think just deciding to go for it and committing. For myself that commitment involved dropping out college, which was really tough.
Favorite cheat meal?
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
I don't do a lot of real cooking recipes out of laziness, but I do make a lot of salads, which involves any and every raw vegetable you happen to be in the mood for.
Tip for staying healthy?
Exercise is important, but I think a lot of people neglect their diet. Stay away from processed foods and try to limit refined carbohydrates and sugar, especially when not exercising.
