What inspired you to ride?
As a young boy going to the local Velodrome really got me excited about racing bikes.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
Breaking my femur. After having it all bolted back together, it was a long hard road of recovery and physical therapy.
Favorite cheat meal?
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
My go to quick favorite healthy meal is, chicken sausage, apple, kale with some lemon juice. It's a super easy and tasty dish.
Tip for staying healthy?
Eat clean and lots of greens.
